Hayden Roulston and Jack Bauer split the 2010 PowerNet Tour wide open today, hammering home into Te Anau from Blackmount Hill to turn tomorrow's final day into a two-horse race. Roulston put the foot down as the front bunch went over the top of the Blackmount climb and only Bauer had the legs to stay with him.

In the end Roulston claimed the stage win and now trails new Tour Leader Jack Bauer by only three seconds with the final two stages back to Invercargill tomorrow. Jeremy Yates relinquished the yellow jersey for the first time and sits third overall, 1:24 down on his Share The Road team mate Bauer.
