MILK & HONEY 2011
Thanks again to all those who turned up and rode, helped, and enjoyed the day. It was a blast.
I'll (eventually) put up some timings and up load some photos but in the mean time, it's my turn to go up the hill on a beautiful day! Will also be uploading the website www.milkandhoneyrace.com later on this week.
Cheers, Rob

Milk and Honey
It's all go, as at least 32 riders will tackle the Milk and Honey ride on Sunday. Here's a wee reminder of some of last years finish times........
Incase you didn't know it's a combined road and mountain bike race which takes on the Takaka hill and the Rameka track. Race starts at 10.30pm so if you're not racing why not see them off at the start or welcome them home. Start/Finish is opposite the i site Car Park. The first Riders home should be just within the 3 hour mark!.....see you there, .............El Presidente.

Ladies Pump Track Evening- Thurs 17th Feb
24 girls, chickades, mums and daughters showed up for the Ladies Pump Track and picnic last Thursday evening at Karl and Frankies place. Julie and Frankie showed us how, and the girls got right in there with 4 bikes (and a few runners) looping the track constantly all evening. It was heaps of fun, everyone improved throughout the evening, Holly had the best spill, or maybe Kerry's stopping technique? Kerry and Frankie road in their dresses and the food was delicious! Thanks very much Frankie for hosting us and Karl for the wicked pump track! I think some are keen for you to build one in THEIR back yards!
