Join us the day before the Milk & Honey Race for a social road ride.

Meet at 10.30am for Coffee at "The Dangerous Kitchen" Cafe on Commercial Street, Takaka before heading off to Pu Pu Springs (8km) for a wee stretch of the legs and look at the Springs. After this we will head out a further 14km towards Pohara and stop for lunch at the "Totally Roasted" Cafe. From there it's up to you. Carry on round the Bays for some beautiful scenery or head back the 9km to Takaka.
